Communicating in a business

I am going to mention the advantages of business communication and they are
  • Cheap, easy publicity - You wont have to spend loads of money on ad space and public relations with your brand and your company can easily becomes well known because of your blog.
  • Instant feedback - You will want to have a quick response and try get customers to encourage feedback and interaction in your blog posts and get the feedback you want to hear from customers.
  • Personality - The larger the company the more people are going to think of it as building and products and policies and not as people.
  • Community - Creating content on your blog and commenting on other's blogs is a great way to build an online community that shares your interests on your blog.
